Whenever possible we personally visit Companies to gain a full appreciation of the company culture and staff profile. We also discuss in detail the duties and responsibilities of each vacancy, and where possible obtain a written job description. The visit and discussions ensure that we not only identify the correct skill sets required but also just as importantly match the personality of the candidate with the character of the company. We then....

Search our recruitment and immigration Databases for suitable Candidates or advertise the vacancy.

Next we review incoming CV's and calls in response to advertising or immigration applications. 

We interview Candidates and test their skills where applicable, select the most appropriate 3 or 4 Candidates and present these the client to review the CV's in detail.

We arrange interviews between selected Candidates and Client, reference check as necessary and advise Candidates the result of their Interview, confirm job offer to Candidate, start date and salary.
